Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from your account. You keep access through the end of your billing period.
Can I invite family members?
Yes. Every paid plan includes Family & Fiduciary Access. The Family plan adds unlimited sharing and multi-generational books so you can help aging parents too.
Do my family members need their own subscription?
No. Your Family subscription includes secure access for the people you invite. Invited family members simply create a free MyRegistr account to securely access the information you've shared. They only need a paid subscription if they want to build and manage their own MyRegistr Book.
Does AI automatically change my information?
No. The AI Document Assistant only prepares suggestions from documents you upload. You always review and approve before anything is saved — nothing changes without you.
Can I export everything?
Yes. Generate professional multi-page PDF reports and multi-sheet Excel exports anytime, so your information is always portable.
Can Larry, Rita, or anyone at MyRegistr see my information?
No. MyRegistr is not designed for Larry, Rita, or our team to browse through customer information. Sensitive information is encrypted while stored, and we intentionally avoid storing passwords, full financial account numbers, and payment card information. Like most secure online services, authorized access may occasionally be required to diagnose or resolve a technical problem. We treat any such access as a rare exception — not a routine practice. We built MyRegistr to help families stay organized — not to look into their lives.
Do you sell or share my information?

What information do you intentionally avoid collecting?
We deliberately avoid full bank, investment, and credit card account numbers, Social Security numbers, and online banking passwords, PINs, or login credentials. Financial accounts are identified by the last four digits only.
