Terms of Service
The terms below govern your use of MyRegistr. Please read them carefully — they include important disclaimers about the nature of our service.
Last updated: July 8, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyRegistr (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What MyRegistr Is — and Is Not
MyRegistr is a personal organization platform that helps individuals and families organize information about their financial, legal, insurance, healthcare, and family affairs.
MyRegistr is intentionally designed to organize information—not to become another document vault. The Service is designed so users do not need to store passwords, Social Security numbers, or complete account numbers in order to use MyRegistr effectively.
MyRegistr is not a law firm, financial advisor, insurance broker, tax advisor, fiduciary, or healthcare provider, and it does not provide legal, financial, tax, insurance, medical, or investment advice. See our Legal Disclaimer for additional information.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Free Trial and Subscriptions
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the Service, with no credit card required to start. When the trial ends, continued access to saving and premium features requires an active paid subscription. Subscription pricing and features are described on our pricing section and may change with notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service; access another user's account or data; upload malicious code; or submit information you do not have the right to share. We enforce rate limits and other safeguards to protect the Service and its users.
6. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of the information you add to the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that information solely to provide the Service to you. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. AI Document Processing
When you choose to use AI-assisted document processing, uploaded documents are processed solely to extract organizational information needed to provide the Service. Except where otherwise required for system operation or explicitly disclosed elsewhere, original uploaded documents are not retained after processing.
8. Accuracy and Your Responsibility
The Service is only as accurate as the information you enter or choose to upload for processing. You are solely responsible for keeping your records current and for verifying any decisions with qualified professionals. MyRegistr does not independently verify, and is not responsible for, the accuracy or completeness of the information you store.
9. Security & Privacy
MyRegistr is intentionally designed to minimize the collection and storage of highly sensitive information.
For example, users are not required to store passwords, Social Security numbers, or complete account numbers in order to organize their information within the Service.
Additional information about our privacy and security practices is available in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyRegistr and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
